the shower had poor water pressure. getting a lift took up to 40 minutes at certain times, this was a known problem. blackout curtains were not effective, sunlight streamed into the room because of the gap.

the rooftop pool offered amazing views. i enjoyed having drinks at the rooftop bar before dinner. customer service at reception was very good too. battersea is a trendy area.
our luggage was delayed for over an hour and a half. it seemed like they had lost it. two staff members gave different rates when extending the stay. i requested the invoice multiple times and still have not received it due to 'system issues'.

The hotel boasts stylish decor. I found it visually appealing. staff members were consistently polite and helpful. the rooftop pool was amazing. I enjoyed the views it provided. i liked the convenient location near shops and attractions.
