the rooftop pool offered amazing views. i enjoyed having drinks at the rooftop bar before dinner. customer service at reception was very good too. battersea is a trendy area.
our luggage was delayed for over an hour and a half. it seemed like they had lost it. two staff members gave different rates when extending the stay. i requested the invoice multiple times and still have not received it due to 'system issues'.
